1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (e.g., opened food products)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or special order items

3. Return Process

Email us at info@sendafoods.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (if the product was damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • You’ll be notified via email when the refund is issued.
